♦ If you’re like us, you’re craving Phuc Yea, the Vietnamese pop up from the folks who went on to open The Federal and Acme Bakery & Coffee.  It appears good news comes to those who crave.  Phuc Yea, The Federal, and Acme Bakery will be setting up inside the tent at Scope Art Fair during Art Basel.

♦ We’ve been known to complain about the cost of events at the South Beach Food & Wine Festival but we’ll never complain again.

♦ Short Order reports that 50 Eggs, the company behind Yardbird, has parted ways with chef Kenny Gilbert, who had been slated to open Swine in Coral Gables (in the former Les Halles space).  Guess that leaves 49 eggs.
