Have you tried my ceviche? No, not my ceviche. I’m talking about My Ceviche, the brainchild of Roger Duarte (of George Stone Crab) and Sam Gorenstein (of BLT Steak).
While not busy with his day (and night) job at The Betsy on South Beach, Chef Gorenstein (for the past two years, a semifinalist for the James Beard Foundation’s rising star chef award) will be dishing out fresh local ceviche, fish tacos, tostadas, stone crabs (when in season), and more. The concept is focused on take-out (from their location at the South Beach Hostel at 235 Washington Avenue) and delivery.
