♦ While we were initially excited to hear about the arrival of what seemed like a serious restaurant at a farm in Homestead, Lesley Abravanel over at Miami.com is reporting that things are on the rocks at Three Sisters Farm. The partners and chef are fighting like, well, three sisters. A couple of months ago, it was announced that chef Steve Matkovich would be running the kitchen after stints at both Ubuntu and Bouchon in Napa and that the restaurant would be growing 98% of its ingredients, including flour, sugar, and honey. Looks like they may want to grow a chef too, since Matkovich is out.
