The Cheese Course, that eminently franchisable cheese shop that is growing like mold on, well, cheese, is spreading to Downtown Miami. The shop, which has a location in Midtown Miami and several Broward locations, is “opening soon” in the former Wachovia building (now known as the Southeast Financial Center, although I had been lobbying for the FDIC Center).
