Each year we ridicule Miami Spice but we also like to share some thoughts on which places appear to have put out worthy menus. This list of 10 Miami Spice menus includes the following caveats: (1) this is only based on dinner menus; (2) some of these places are changing their menu week-to-week, so if they replace foie gras torchon with airline chicken breast, please don’t hold it against us; (3) all recommendations are based on the printed menu, so places that have not posted their menus on the Miami Spice website don’t qualify (sorry Michy’s); and (4) you actually have to be open for business.
