Opening Soon, Pre- and Post-Basel Edition

Update: One of my spies reports that Mandolin is going through its soft opening until Thursday, with limited hours and a limited menu.

Chef Jonathan Eismann (Pacific Time, Pizzavolante) said that his two new ventures, Q (American Barbeque) and Fin (seafood), should open in three weeks.  Also, while they both occupy the space formerly home to Sheba on North Miami Ave in the Design District, he is subdividing the space so each one will be separate.

Mandolin Aegean Bistro wasn’t open last night.  But it looks like it will be soon or maybe has been other nights this week.  Any spies have information to share?
