MDC Culinary Arts Building

Miami Dade College Culinary Arts Building (from the MDC newsletter)

Miami Dade College recently unveiled the design of a new building that will be housing the forthcoming Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts program.  The building, which will be part of the Wolfson Campus in the heart of downtown Miami, will contain full cooking labs and hopes to attain LEED certification (for green-friendly buildings).  MDC’s program and this state-of-the-art building look to be a great addition to Miami’s food culture, producing even more talented cooks and chefs that will take Miami’s restaurants to new heights.

A special thanks to my friends over at the Dawntown blog for the tip.
