QUICK HITS:
♦ Eater Miami announces the January 2011 opening of City Hall: The Restaurant (not to be confused with City Hall: The Ride, or Coupon: The Movie for that matter). They’ll be serving corruption. Oops, wrong city hall. This one will have classic American fare.
♦ For those do-it-yourself types out there, Luis Pous’ Foie Gras Cuban Sandwich, which was one of the standout bites at the Common Threads World Festival event last month, can now be found online here. Pous is the chef at Little Palm Island Resort & Spa. This recipe should be in a vault somewhere but instead it appears to have been wikileaked. If anyone recreates it, please send us pictures (and invite us over to try a bite).
♦ Chef Jonathan Eismann opens his latest pop-up restaurant.
